We can choose our thought.Choose positive thought.
We can choose our emotion.Choose the happinest rather angry or sadness or worry.
We can't avoid what going to happen to us and type of people will interact with us.
We do have choice to react on it.React on it positively.
We have the right and normal to be sad and angry or worry.Is very easy to sad or angry or worry with dignity.
Be sad or angry or worry to the right issue,the right time,with the right manner,to the right person and the right duration.
Don't be so long,it is no benefit and no good to us.Juz acknowledge it,learn from it,enjoy and grow with it.
Then let it go.Prays for Allah guides.He,Allah AlMighty never let us down.Follow His prophet sunnah.
Insyaallah you will gain and mature more than you aspect.
